ETAI Ibérica can guarantee actual dispatches in a database with more than 30,000 electronic addresses of workshops (20 thousand), concessionaries, brand agents and spare part dealers.

Most of these users are customers from our Technical Information Department, from diagnosis and repair programmes and from our Technical Service Department. We have been regularly dealing with them on a daily basis for more than 30 years. They are our own customers, not just newsletter readers, therefore, hence we do not do spam mail.

We send regular newsletters to everybody but only in their professional area; in this way we have gained their loyalty.

The mailing service is limited to large accounts and a limited number of mails yearly.

Means: a server and host, a programme specialized in shipments and a Community Manager who designs and programmes customer mailing and final statistics (effectives, openings, clicks, zones).
